Main Purpose:
To collect and verify manufacturing data in the FMCG sector for potential OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners, based on predefined standards and KPI targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and search for FMCG manufacturers across various product categories (e.g., Flavoured Water, Biscuits, Snacks, etc.).
  • Source data from exhibitions, industry associations, B2B platforms, official websites, networking contacts, and other relevant sources.
  • Collect complete and valid data from manufacturers (company name, production capacity, location, product types, certifications, etc.) and input the information into the provided template or database system (attached).
  • Ensure target numbers of manufacturers are achieved for each product category and regional area (Greater Jakarta + West Java, Central Java + Yogyakarta, East Java, and Outside Java).
  • Coordinate with internal validators to ensure manufacturer data meets OEM requirements according to the established format.
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the supervisor/manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Have experience in research, data collection, business development, supply chain, or a similar role in FMCG industry.
  • Willing to work freelance for a 3 months duration.
  • High mobility role, as the work requires actively searching and networking with manufacturers to list new potential partners.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather and verify data from multiple sources.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and documentation.
  • Good communication and networking skills, especially with manufacturers or industry associations.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
