Job Description :

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or integrations.
  • Work with developers, QA, and project teams to ensure accurate system implementation.
  • Create data flow diagrams, process models, and use case documentation.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating system documentation such as use cases, flowcharts, and ER diagrams.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and programming concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Based in Bandung and willing to work from the office.
