Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Planning and Control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Able to communicate messages clearly and confidently, and effectively influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a people-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to be based at the plant.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Manage vehicle orders from customers, including stock control and forecast accuracy, to ensure timely and adequate vehicle flow.
  2. Coordinate and negotiate with customers regarding order allocation and vehicle delivery schedules.
  3. Set and maintain parameters in manufacturing systems, including working calendars, capacity planning, and related master data.
  4. Manage and execute MRP runs to support production planning.
  5. Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule and a six-month rolling forecast.
  6. Prepare and manage daily production schedules.
  7. Monitor and control production status, parts availability, and production capacity to prevent delays.
  8. Work closely with Production Assembly, Parts Control, Logistics, Production Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  9. Collaborate with Production Assembly teams to prepare and submit production reports.
  10. Manage and submit delivery orders for finished goods (vehicles) to customers.
  11. Prepare and submit production achievement reports to management.
  12. Develop, review, and continuously improve procedures and processes related to production planning and control.
