Descriptions:

· Provide day-to-day application support for CRM Creatio/Outsystems at customer site

· Troubleshoot user-reported issues and liaise with internal/external development teams for resolution

· Document and analyze issues to identify root causes and recurring trends

· Deliver basic user training and support documentation when needed

· Act as the communication bridge between end users and the technical team

· Regularly provide report for ticket statuses and resolution in reviews and meetings

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Information System/Information Technology

· Minimum 1-2 years experiences in the same role

· Experience with any CRM-related low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Creatio, Outsystems, etc.) is a strong plus

· Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to dynamic environments

· Prior experience in an application support or customer-facing technical role is preferred

· Analytical Thinking, Decision-Making, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Documentation Skills, Clear Communication, Troubleshooting Skills, Customer Service Orientation
