CS Import Operations Staff binds himself/herself to discharge or perform such duties and responsibilities in such assigned to him from time to time by the company leaders as follows:

  • Handling all import documents & monitoring all daily import operation process
  • Understand regulations regarding import and customs
  • Perform calculations and analysis of import needs
  • Communications with customers and overseas
  • Checking all pre-alert via email or fax and distribute to import
  • Knowing the administrative process and understanding the process of making Manifest, PIB or related to Import activities
  • Check the manifest and PIB draft
  • Responsible for the process and correctness of documents
  • Coordinate with shipping and customer
  • Coordinate with sales, finance dan field operations team regarding the shipment progress
  • Work closely with Director and team members to achieve divisional target and goal setting
  • Understand the flow of tracking airlines and shipping lines
  • Preferably with experience in Freight Forwarding Company
  • Able to work in a team

Requirements:

  1. Graduate of any Bachelor/College Degree in transportation management is preferable.
  2. With at least 3 years working experience in freight forwarding and distribution.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  4. Work experience in international logistics and forwarding company is an advantage.
  5. Adept at problem-solving, highly-organized and keen on details.
  6. Effective reporting and communication skills; both speaking and writing (MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Willing to work in PT TGL Indonesia Logistics, South Jakarta.
