We're looking for a
hands-on, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant
to work directly with the Founder in managing day-to-day business and personal operations.

This role goes beyond traditional admin support — it's for someone who enjoys being involved in multiple areas: from coordinating logistics and managing schedules to supporting real estate projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be the right hand of the Founder, helping turn ideas into action and keeping both business and personal priorities on track.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Support

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for both professional and personal matters.
  • Anticipate needs, prepare meeting materials, and ensure priorities are handled efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with complete discretion.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Oversee logistics and coordination for projects, events, or shipments.
  • Communicate with suppliers, partners, and service providers to keep timelines on track.
  • Handle purchasing, deliveries, and vendor relations as needed.

Project & Office Management

  • Assist with project planning and progress tracking across different business areas.
  • Support internal coordination and make sure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, contracts, and reports.

Real Estate & Property Support

  • Coordinate property-related matters such as maintenance schedules, site visits, and vendor management.
  • Liaise with agents, tenants, or contractors for updates and issue resolution.
  • Track expenses, payments, and related documentation.

General & Lifestyle Assistance

  • Support with personal errands, event arrangements, and travel itineraries.
  • Manage communications and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder.
  • Be ready to assist on ad-hoc tasks — every day may look different.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a project/logistics support role.
  • Prior exposure to
    real estate, logistics, or business operations
    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable with online tools.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure.
