Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan dan bertanggung jawab terkait proses Assessment Karyawan, Mutasi, Promosi dan Demosi Karyawan.
  • Mengawasi dan mengelola kegiatan Administrasi HR, Payroll dan GA (Absensi, Kedisiplinan, Kontrak Kerja, Maintenance Building, Keamanan dan Kebersihan lingkungan perusahaan).
  • Berkolaborasi dengan Departement Lain untuk pembuatan dan perbaikan Job Description, SOP, Modul dan Pembuatan KPI.
  • Melaksanakan proses Industrial Relation (IR), Compensation and Benefit (ComBen), General Affair (GA) dan Recruitment.
  • Handle pengarsipan, pengurusan, perpanjangan dan pembaharuan Legalitas Perusahaan.
  • Mengawasi dan memantau hasil kinerja (Performance Appraisal) untuk seluruh karyawan.
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk keamanan, dan kebersihan Mess Karyawan.

Reqruitment:

  • Minimal Pendidikan S1 (Psikologi/Hukum)
  • Memiliki pengalaman Minimal 2 Tahun pada bidang yang sama (Diutamakan dari bidang Manufaktur dan Retail)
  • Memiliki jiwa Ledership yang baik.
  • Memahami terkait Hubungan Industrial.
  • Jujur, rajin, tekun, ulet dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi di lapangan.
  • Bersedia penempatan di Ngempon, Semarang.
