Role Description

We are seeking a detail-driven Inventory Control professional to manage, monitor, and reconcile warehouse stock accuracy. This role is critical in preventing material discrepancies, production delays, and financial losses. Candidates who are careless with numbers or documentation will not survive in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Must be able to speak in English.
  • Strong understanding of stock control, cycle count, FIFO/FEFO, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • High attention to detail; poor data discipline is not acceptable.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet closing deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.
