Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 1 year working with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related frameworks.
  • Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based AI services including AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI.
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks and implementing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, gRPC, message brokers, and microservices architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific applications.
