About the Role

Our client — an innovative technology company specializing in AI-driven enterprise solutions — is looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/GenAI models and platforms for their flagship products.

In this hands-on engineering role, you'll work across LLMs, ML pipelines, and cloud AI services to deliver production-grade solutions for enterprise clients in Indonesia and abroad. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, product + consulting hybrid environment, collaborating with world-class engineers and solution architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for specific industry use cases.
  • Build data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines with robust engineering practices.
  • Develop secure APIs/SDKs to embed AI features into enterprise systems.
  • Optimize model performance for speed, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Ensure AI security and compliance with enterprise and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with product, solution architecture, and leadership teams.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends to drive continuous innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year working on LLMs or GenAI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Understanding of cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with ML Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration (REST APIs, gRPC, microservices).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio, video).
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, PDP Indonesia).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Docker for scalable deployments.
  • Exposure to AI implementations in finance, telecom, HR, or legal domains.
