Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Jakarta for the Head of People Development & Performance Unit. The role involves developing and implementing strategies for employee performance and professional growth, leading organizational development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies, and fostering effective employee relations. The position is critical to enhancing workforce capabilities and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Employee Development
  • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and its application in an organizational setting
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing HR Policies and frameworks
  • Skills in fostering Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and communication
  • Leadership, organizational planning, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in a similar role within large organizations is a plus
