Tanggung Jawab :
- Mengidentifikasi Peluang Proyek Baru (Melakukan riset pasar, memantau tender, dan mencari peluang kerja sama dengan pihak swasta maupun pemerintah)
- Menjalin & Memelihara Hubungan dengan Klien (Membangun relasi yang baik dengan pemilik proyek, konsultan, vendor, dan pihak terkait untuk mendukung peluang bisnis)
- Mengikuti Proses Tender & Penawaran (Menyiapkan dokumen penawaran proyek, seperti proposal, RAB, jadwal kerja dan memastikan sesuai dengan persyaratan tender bersama dengan tim)
- Negosiasi & Penutupan Kontrak (Melakukan negosiasi harga, lingkup pekerjaan, dan syarat kontrak dengan calon klien atau mitra kerja)
- Memonitor Perkembangan Proyek yang Sedang Berjalan (Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek untuk memastikan kualitas, waktu, dan biaya sesuai kesepakatan)
- Membangun Branding & Citra Perusahaan (Mengikuti pameran konstruksi, seminar, atau forum industri untuk memperluas jaringan dan memperkuat posisi perusahaan di pasar)
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/ S1 (Teknik Sipil, Teknik mechanical, Teknik Engineering, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait).
- Berpengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Business Development, Sales, atau Tender.
- Memahami proses tender, penyusunan RAB.
- Memiliki kemampuan menyusun proposal financial & technical (will be guided) dan mandiri menyiapkan penawaran harga.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
- Mampu membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan klien dan mitra bisnis.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan internet untuk riset proyek.
- Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Siap untuk mobile dan dapat segera bergabung
