Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute purchasing activities according to company requirements and procurement policies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible value for the company.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and other documentation related to procurement.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Production, Finance, Logistics) to understand purchasing needs and priorities.
  • Track and evaluate supplier performance through regular reviews and audits.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated issues related to supplier performance, delivery, or quality.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on purchasing performance, cost savings, and supplier management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
  • Familiar with ERP systems or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented personality.
