About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions at our Batam office. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate databases.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate training needs, prepare training plans, and maintain training records.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and goal setting.
  • Provide accurate employee data to support payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and claims.
  • Manage
    BPJS Kesehatan
    and
    BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
    registration, updates, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in a Human Resources role.
  • Sound knowledge of Indonesian employment law, payroll, and BPJS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in
    English
    (spoken and written),
    HR software
    and
    Microsoft Office
    .
