Company Description

Our group is a multi-sector business collective driven by innovation — spanning technology, F&B, real estate, and consulting. We're looking for a Business Operations Executive who can help keep our operations running seamlessly while shadowing the Owner to understand how multi-industry businesses grow and scale.

If you're detail-oriented, quick to learn, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Owner to manage daily operations and multiple ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to make sure everything runs efficiently.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations and management activities.
  • Prepare business reports and identify process improvements.
  • Adapt quickly to new business models across industries (F&B, tech, property, government projects).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in business operations, or business support.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Great communication skills — you know how to get things done with people.
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and multitasking across projects.
  • Able to work independently.
