Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region. Responsibilities:Identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-comm creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payoutsFormulate and implement diverse creator campaigns to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve sales goalWork closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator experienceIdentify affiliate creator pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges Requirements:Familiar with Affiliate Programs in mainstream e-commerce platforms.Proven track record as a solid sales and affiliates marketing performer in achieving and even exceeding, sales targets.Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)Able to work with target and tight deadlineAt least 3-5 years of working experience as an Affiliate Specialist in the related fieldWilling to Work From Office (Kembangan, Jakarta Barat) We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detailed).
