Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analytical Development Analyst based in Kota Tangerang. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support the development of pharmaceutical products. Daily responsibilities include performing laboratory tests, compiling and interpreting data, maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The position also involves contributing to projects aligned with the company's goals for pharmaceutical innovation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and perform laboratory analyses
  • Proficiency in Databases and tools relevant to research documentation and data management
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and share findings
  • Project Management skills for organizing timelines and meeting deadlines
  • Research experience in pharmaceutical or related fields
  • Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in analytical method development or quality control is a plus
