Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage merchandise financial plans to achieve targeted sales, margin, and inventory productivity across categories and stores.
  2. Create and execute allocation strategies to ensure the right products are delivered to the right stores, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
  3. Analyze sales, inventory, and assortment performance to identify opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to optimize results.
  4. Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and Store Operations teams to align financial and allocation strategies with business objectives.
  5. Monitor and adjust inventory flow and replenishment plans based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotional activities.
  6. Coordination with IT Team to extract data required for Merchandise Analytics Report.
  7. Analyze data to suggest improvement for Merchandising and Planning Allocation process.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years related experiences handling Data Analyst.
  2. Experience in retail as Planner or Inventory Control would be an advantage.
  3. Expertise handling big amount of data.
  4. Exposure working with BI, ERP, and Oracle RMS.
  5. Experiences from retail would be an advantage.
  6. Organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.
  7. Mature with strong coordination & interpersonal skill.
  8. Fluent in English & Computer Literate.
  9. Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
