, you will own the demand planning process and lead the creation of accurate, insight-driven forecasts that shape our business decisions. You'll be the key driver of the S&OP cycle, partnering closely with Supply Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to align demand plans with strategic goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring agility, efficiency, and growth across our supply chain.

Job Purpose
To lead the demand planning function by delivering accurate, data-driven forecasts that enable seamless supply chain operations and informed business decisions. This role ensures alignment across commercial and operational teams, driving efficiency and supporting strategic growth through robust planning processes. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver total demand plans for each S&OP cycle.
• Develop and deliver total demand plans for each S&OP cycle.
• Create statistical forecasts using established tools and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve supply-demand discrepancies.
• Utilize and maintain demand planning software (e.g., Future Master or similar tools).
• Manage export sales orders and maintain effective communication with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Embed and drive TPM (Total Productive Management) principles within the demand planning cycle to improve process reliability and performance.

Candidate Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning within FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with TPM or other continuous improvement methodologies.
