Experienced Front of House Staff – Flirt Uluwatu

Flirt is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali. We focus on vibrant flavours, warm hospitality, and an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for experienced Front of House staff to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, supporting smooth operations, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Take orders, serve food & beverages, and manage table service.
  • Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient front-of-house environment.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues with confidence and care.
  • Uphold service standards and support busy shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous front-of-house experience in busy or quality venues.
  • Strong communication and guest-service skills.
  • Well-presented, confident, and calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering great service.
