What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to enhance our brand's online presence and reach
  2. Create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  3. Manage and monitor our social media channels, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
  5. Analyse social media metrics and performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a content creation or social media marketing role
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices
  3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft engaging, creative, and on-brand content
  4. Proficiency in visual content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design
  5. Demonstrated experience in social media analytics and reporting
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations
