About the Role

We're looking for a creative powerhouse who turns ideas into viral moments. You'll own our TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms—creating scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, followers, and sales. If you live on social media, spot trends before they blow up, and can make a product feel like a must-have in 15 seconds, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce 20–30 high-performing short-form videos per week (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Build and execute monthly content calendars tied to global campaigns, seasonal moments, and product launches.
  • Shoot and edit native, authentic UGC-style content using smartphone + pro apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Appear on camera confidently OR direct talent/KOLs to deliver brand voice.
  • Host regular live shopping sessions or community livestreams.
  • Grow organic audience and engagement rate by at least **25% quarter-over-quarter**.
  • Partner with influencers, micro-creators, and ambassadors for co-created content.
  • Jump on trending sounds, formats, and challenges within 24 hours.
  • Track performance (views, ER, saves, shares, CTR, conversion) and optimize in real-time.
  • Manage community interactions—reply to comments & DMs within 1 hour during peak times.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience as Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or TikTok/Short-Form Specialist (e-commerce, fashion, beauty, tech, lifestyle preferred).
  • Proven portfolio of **viral content** (at least 1 post with 1M+ views or equivalent platform metric).
  • Expert in mobile editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Active personal/social brand account with **minimum 10K genuine followers** (share link in application).
  • Fluent in English + excellent on-camera presence and storytelling skills.
  • Data-savvy: comfortable with native platform analytics + Google Analytics/UTM tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment with same-day turnaround when needed.
