We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales professional to join our team at SF EXPRESS as a
Sales Retail Area
in batam and Semarang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across our retail locations in the Jakarta area.
What you'll do:
- Manage outlets to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor store-level operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for:
- Mandarin Speaker is a must
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in DHL, Fedex and UPS
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- In-depth understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
