To support the CEO in
strategic planning, business analysis, and execution monitoring
, while acting as a cross-functional liaison to ensure that key strategic initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.

This role is designed for

seeking direct exposure to executive-level decision-making and end-to-end business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic & Business Support

  2. Prepare business analyses, market insights, and strategic reports to support CEO-level decision-making.

  3. Develop presentation decks and briefing materials for leadership meetings and internal stakeholders.
  4. Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to business performance, revenue, costs, and growth opportunities.

  5. Execution & Project Tracking

  6. Support the execution of strategic initiatives across business units (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations).

  7. Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the CEO's strategic priorities.
  8. Produce progress updates, dashboards, and action trackers for executive review.

  9. Cross-functional Coordination

  10. Liaise with Business Unit Directors, Functional Heads, and key internal stakeholders.

  11. Act as a point of contact for follow-ups on strategic decisions made by the CEO.
  12. Ensure clarity, accountability, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematic or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or up to
    1 year of professional experience
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    , with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities.
  • Prior exposure to consulting firms, corporate strategy, PMO, or high-growth start-ups.
  • Experience supporting analytical projects, business cases, or strategic initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and P&L dynamics.
