Job Description:

  • Planning & Scheduling: Scheduling of Planned Maintenance and Daily/Weekly Work Plans
  • Administration: Monitoring of Maintenance Machinery Mastertracker – Work Orders (SPK), Preventive, and Planned Maintenance
  • Planned Maintenance: Monitoring the implementation and material requirements according to the plan
  • Preventive Maintenance: Monitoring of schedules and material requirements
  • Spare Part Management: Monitoring the machine spare part list – coordination with Purchasing for material needs
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring of maintenance consumable stock available on site
  • Autonomous Maintenance Monitoring: F-Tag, LOTO, and training & development for production operators
  • Automation Engineer: Continuous improvement in terms of mechanics and machinery

Qualifications:

  • Min. Education S1 in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Min. 1 year relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Willing to WFO in Tangerang
