Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director's secretary.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage a tight schedule, set priorities, and complete tasks on time.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively with various parties, both internal and external.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Attach a color photograph and be proficient in Hokkien.

Main Duties:
- Arrange the director's meetings, schedules, and activities in an organized manner.
- Prepare all necessary documents, agendas, and logistics for meetings, and take meeting minutes.
- Receive, filter, and forward letters, emails, and other official documents, as well as archive important documents.
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents required by the director.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external parties wishing to communicate with the director, including receiving and forwarding calls and emails.
- Arrange and coordinate the director's business trips, such as booking tickets and accommodation.
- Ensure smooth communication between the director and other departments, clients, or business partners.
- Ensure all confidential company documents and information are properly secured.
- Provide information, advice, and alternative perspectives to assist the director in making strategic decisions.
