Position Overview

The Network Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for on-site network and security infrastructure operations in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This includes log analysis, policy management, configuration changes, and overall maintenance of network systems.

The role begins with approximately two weeks of on-site handover, followed by a one-year project assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze network and security logs
  • Perform configuration and policy changes on network devices
  • Investigate incidents and manage related policy updates
  • Manage and monitor authentication policies
  • Handle AP registration and log tracing
  • Prepare documentation and operational reports
  • Collaborate with local site staff and the Korea headquarters
  • Operate and maintain the following equipment:
  • L2/L3 switches
  • Security appliances
  • Cisco ISE
  • Wireless controllers
  • Access points (AP)
  • UC servers, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network operations
  • Experience with L2/L3 network infrastructure
  • Practical experience in log analysis and policy configuration
  • Ability to work overseas (Jakarta assignment)
  • Korean language proficiency required
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
  • Experience with ISE, wireless controllers, and security equipment
  • English or Indonesian language proficiency
  • Prior experience in global IT projects
