We're seeking a Beverage & Nightlife Manager who embodies these values and brings them to life after dark. Someone who leads with confidence, motivates with intention, elevates service standards, and cultivates a culture of innovation, learning, and connection.
We're looking for a natural vibe-setter — a people magnet with an eye for detail, a pulse on nightlife trends, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they hit the floor. About You…Passionate about mixology, beverage programs, nightlife service, and creating immersive guest experiences.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in nightlife, bar management, beverage leadership, or a similar role.
Brings advanced knowledge of beverage operations, nightlife trends, guest engagement, and team development.
Demonstrates strong leadership with a proven track record of driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Communicates effortlessly — verbally and in writing — with guests, teams, and cross-department partners.
Thrives in a fast-paced, late-night environment and is flexible to support a 24-hour operation.
