Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and special events, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
- Develop and execute F&B strategies in alignment with the hotel's overall goals to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving guest concerns, and innovating the F&B offerings
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B professionals through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Requirement
- 10 years experience as F&B Manager with portfolio working in 5-star hotel or similar luxurious environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost management, and quality control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
