Job Descriptions:

  1. Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, and HR Administration.
  2. Strengthen Organizational Development (OD) initiatives by implementing performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs to build a high-performance culture.
  3. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
  4. Build and maintain positive employee relations and industrial relations, including managing union relations when required.
  5. Supervise payroll administration, attendance, social security (BPJS), and employee benefits.
  6. Provide HR analysis and regular reporting to the Corporate HR Manager and Plant Management.
  7. Act as a change agent to support continuous improvement initiatives across the plants.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role (preferably in manufacturing industry).
  3. Proven expertise across Recruitment, OD, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Training, and HR Operations.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Experience in managing HR for multi-plant or multi-site operations is an advantage.
  7. Ability to manage multi-site HR operations (Tangerang & Cikande).
  8. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven HR reporting.
