  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients (foreign and local) via chat, phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Provide accurate information and professional assistance regarding company services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any major.
  • Preferably a graduate with a Law background, or Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Notary Office.
  • Experience in customer service or consultancy — ideally within a business consulting company.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Experience handling foreign clients (expatriates) is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
