We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Risk Business Intelligence to strengthen our Risk Data team. You'll handle data related to underwriting process and portfolio monitoring to support strategic decision-making and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams specifically but not limited to Credit, Risk and Operations to understand their reporting needs and proactively identify opportunities for analysis.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly report related to underwriting process (conversion, sales and team performance, SLA, etc) and portfolio monitoring (DPD, NPL, WO, Repo, etc).
  • Analyze complex datasets and identify data quality and data structure issues, and work with the relevant stakeholders to address them.
  • Identify, design, implement various trackers, reports and automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and cross-team visibility.
  • Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
  • 2–4 years of experience in fintech, multifinance, or financial services startup.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, SQL (BigQuery), Looker Studio for Reporting.
  • Prior experience in languages/interfaces like Python and Appscript for Automation.
  • Analytical mindset, high accuracy in detail, and always works with structure.
  • Understanding of credit lifecycle, credit bureau check, and fiduciary processes & data is a plus.
