We are seeking a Remote MEP Estimator to support our team. This role offers flexible working hours, provided all project deadlines are met. The position will require some overlapping work hours with our U.S.-based team to accommodate meetings and coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Estimator in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and tender preparation
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing and understanding MEP drawings
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with estimation software is an advantage
  • Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across US time zones
  • Able to meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team
