About the Role

Responsible for the management and supervision of fit out projects and development of commercial areas in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations to support the achievement of company targets.

Responsibility :

  • Determine the layout design of commercial (tenant) and exhibition areas for the development or opening of new stores and ensure effective use of these areas to support the achievement of company targets.
  • Approve Purchase Requests for building improvements to ensure the project progresses as agreed.
  • Monitor all work carried out in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory standards (including building permits, occupational safety, and environmental standards) to ensure progress is in accordance with established plans.
  • Manage relationships with internal (Building & Design Development, Finance, etc.) and external (contractors, vendors) to ensure all resources are available on time.
  • Manage project budgets and implement cost controls to ensure expenditures remain within established limits.
  • Evaluate and provide solutions to problems or obstacles that occur in the field to minimize losses and improve work quality.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree, Architectural.
  • Experience 3-5 years as Fit Out & Building improvement in a Mall.
  • Skill & Knowledge : Interior Design, Project Management, Contractor Management Skills, Risk Management, Auto Cad.
