About the Role
We are a growing AI technology company that provides voice solutions for financial institutions in South East Asia. We are looking for a
Customer Success & Growth Intern
to support customer relationships, surface customer insights, and contribute to product and account growth initiatives.
This role provides hands-on exposure to how
customers, products, and business decisions
come together in a technology company.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day customer communication and account coordination
- Act as a point of contact for customer questions and follow-ups
- Collect and structure customer feedback, issues, and requests
- Identify patterns in customer problems and product usage
- Assist in identifying account growth and expansion opportunities
- Document customer insights clearly and share them with internal teams
- Join customer meetings and prepare structured summaries and action items
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups
- Comfortable interacting with client professionally
- Able to communicate issues clearly and objectively
- Interested in technology, digital products, or startups
Nice to Have
- Background in business, communications, analytics, or technology
- Interest in Customer Success, Product, Operations, or Account Management
