Moladin Finance is seeking a motivated intern to join our Risk - Property Valuation department. This role will primarily focus on building and managing property-related databases, standardizing data processes, and extracting meaningful insights to support our appraisal activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with our senior appraisers, analysts, data, and strategy teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in the data collection and analysis process.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of databases related to property appraisals.
  • Standardize data from various sources to ensure uniformity across the department.
  • Conduct data gathering and cleaning activities for appraisal projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to extract, analyze, and present insights from data to support property valuation efforts.
  • Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and other key findings from property-related data.
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Current enrollment in or recent graduate/final year student (commit full time) from a degree program in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
