We are looking for a skilled Middle Technology Platform Staff to join a fintech company (full WFO). This role requires someone passionate about cloud infrastructure, secure development, and CI/CD implementation, with hands-on experience or familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Swift/Kotlin, APIs, and Angular. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborative, and motivated to grow in platform engineering and application security.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based tools and infrastructure.

  2. Embed security considerations early in the development cycle.

  3. Assist in developing and deploying secure software applications.

  4. Apply CI/CD best practices in platform engineering.

  5. Troubleshoot platform and security issues.

  6. Stay updated on cloud and security trends.

  7. Collaborate with product teams to integrate security and technology features.

  8. Contribute to threat modeling and risk assessment.

  9. Help automate security within CI/CD pipelines.

  10. Join secure coding sessions and reviews.

  11. Support penetration testing and vulnerability remediation.

  12. Assist in incident response and management.

  13. Contribute to compliance and governance initiatives.

  14. Support third-party and vendor security assessments.

  15. Promote security awareness through training participation.

  16. Collaborate with teams for seamless, secure deployments.

Requirements:

  1. Open to Indonesian Citizens only

  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

  3. 0–5 years of experience in product or software development.

  4. Proficient in English (spoken and written).

  5. Familiar with cloud infrastructure (preferably Google Cloud) and CI/CD practices.

  6. Basic knowledge of secure development and platform optimization.

  7. Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Swift/Kotlin, APIs, or Angular is a plus.

  8. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in learning new technologies.

  9. Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
