Functional Analyst
who can translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable data & technology solutions. You'll collaborate with clients, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and AI teams to ensure every requirement is aligned and executable.

Bonus points for experience in GenAI, Machine Learning, or AWS-based data projects.

What You'll Do

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Create BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and data lineage documentation.
  • Work closely with Data, BI, and AI teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Support UAT and data validation.
  • Manage tasks using Jira, Trello, or Notion in an Agile workflow.
  • Act as the key bridge between business users and technical teams.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or PMO.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data structures.
  • Preferred:
    ERP/CRM knowledge, BI tools experience, prototyping tools (Figma/Balsamiq), or AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift, Athena).
