Oracle Functional Analyst (Senior Officer)

This role is responsible for provide functional expertise in Oracle ERP Distribution & Manufacturing modules, ensure smooth operations, system alignment with business needs, and compliance with internal controls.

  1. Hands-on in configuration, testing, and support, with the ability to recommend best practices for process improvements, change requests, or new implementations.
  2. Partner with business users/stakeholders in Supply Chain & Manufacturing to identify process issues and opportunities
  3. Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration with WMS, CRM, and other satellite systems.
  4. Lead requirements gathering, testing, and solution design with stakeholders.
  5. Recommend best practices and process optimizations supported by Oracle ERP functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Specialist, preferably in Distribution and Manufacturing modules.
  • Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and functional support.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and how they integrate with Oracle ERP.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Work Location: Pulomas, East Jakarta
