Job Description
- Help with recruitment tasks such as posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews - Search for potential candidates through job portals and LinkedIn - Keep candidate and recruitment data up to date - Communicate with candidates during the hiring process - Assist with onboarding and document collection - Support employer branding through social media and job fair activities
Job Requirements
- Recently graduated or currently studying in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related major - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition - Good communication and teamwork skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) - Available to commit for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months
