Responsibilities:

  • Develop, negotiate, and maintain CPA / affiliate partnerships, evaluate traffic quality and ROI, and build efficient performance marketing systems
  • Manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads (UAC / YouTube / Display), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major channels; continuously optimize for ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to produce high-converting creative materials; monitor approval rates and performance, ensuring optimal conversion outcomes
  • Analyze campaign data, provide optimization insights and performance reports, and offer actionable growth recommendations for management decisions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research, stay updated on trends and new media channels, and explore innovative ad placements and traffic sources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in both Chinese and English; prior experience in the financial or brokerage industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Google / Meta / TikTok advertising mechanisms, algorithms, and creative strategies
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships; existing connections with agencies, media partners, or traffic platforms are a plus
  • Familiar with third-party tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Singular) and anti-fraud mechanisms
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stress management skills
  • Can join immediately
