Research Manager is responsible for leading research projects to satisfy a defined purpose or scientific objective. To support this goal, a research manager decides on the methodology and techniques for conducting the research, and lead the development of research instruments. They are responsible for reviewing research related fieldwork, validating collected data, authoring reports and communicating across various related stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects.​
  • Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines.​
  • Track project progress periodically and report the same to management.​
  • Identify areas of improvements and develop new methodologies to meet milestones.​
  • Present research findings to management in an understandable manner.​
  • Work with management in preparation of project budget and schedule.​
  • Monitor and control expenses within allocated budget.​
  • Stay updated with latest developments in ingredients & processing technologies.​
  • Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.​
  • Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap.​
  • Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.​
  • Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Willing to business trip to Cikupa (Lab & Trial), Daan Mogot, Cengkareng (Head Office) , & Megamendung, Bogor (R&D Center).

Qualifications :

  • Minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Pemasaran, Bisnis, Riset Konsumen, atau bidang terkait
  • A bachelor's degree is generally required to qualify for a research manager position. Prefer candidates with advanced academic degrees, such as Masters of Science. In addition, ​
  • Five to seven years of direct research experience is required, as well as demonstrated proficiency in project management, including budgeting, planning, execution, delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.​
  • Proactive problem solvers with superb planning, coordination, and leadership skills. ​
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders from diverse functional areas, and can convey complex data in tangible business terms.​
