Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Consultant Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Research Consultant Manager will be responsible for overseeing market research projects, designing and managing survey questionnaires, and analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights. This role also involves presenting research findings to stakeholders, conducting consultations with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful research outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in interpreting data to provide clear insights
  • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to understand industry trends and behaviors
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
  • Experience in conducting high-quality Research and delivering actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Must have an active WMI (Wakil Manajer Investasi) license/certification
  • Proficiency in research tools, statistical software, or data visualization tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
