Presents the company's drugs, products and services to prescribing doctors and medical personnel in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.

1.  Managing the relationship

1. Build close relationship with key customers within respective sub area management through regular visit.
2. Plan, Propose, Conduct, the scientific activities for coverage customers in order to build strong sustainability relationship and increase adoption level.
3. Regularly update HCP Segmentation defined by Business Operation & Innovation
4. Impacts the effectiveness of own work team through the quality and timeliness of the work produced.
5. Largely works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines and gains some discretion in problem solving.
6. Understands how the team integrates with other teams in order to achieve overall objectives/target of the area.
7. 2. Managing the market
   1. Responsible for achieving business objectives in the assigned sub area.
   2. Actively seek the HCP coverage opportunity and discuss the further action to superior.
   3. Activites covered are Availability, Productivity, Visibility, and Recommendation.
   4. Collect and communicate market intelligence data to the superior.
   5. Actively seek the coverage opportunity and discuss the further action to superior.
   6. Plan, Propose, Conduct, the public activities for patient in order to increase awareness of desease.
   7. Report significant trends in product acceptance, new products launched and competitor activities.
   Managing distributor and/or sub-distributor by actively seek the coverage opportunity and discuss the further action to superior.
8. 3. Individual / personal responsibilities
   1. Living the High Impact Cultures in daily activities
   2. To be prepared to undertake travel, relocation and special assignments whenever necessary accross Indonesia.
   3. Adhere to the code of ethics prevailing for promotion of pharmaceutical products, company code of conduct and Best Marketing Practices
   4. Discipline in any aspects of company requirement 
   5. Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
   6. Uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
   7. Expands competencies by performing structured work assignments according to existing procedures.
   Resolves problems of limited complexity by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of knowledge and acquired technical experience and the analysis of factual information
