Tanggung Jawab :

  • Berkoordinasi jadwal Staff DC untuk memastikan tenggat waktu pada wilayah tanggung jawab terpenuhi
  • Memonitor, melatih, dan mengevaluasi Staff DC yang baru dan yang sudah ada.
  • Mengelola stok persediaan yang tepat dalam sistem.
  • Memimpin aktivitas distribusi termasuk penjadwalan, alur distribusi, pemuatan, dan pengiriman produk konsumen.
  • Mengelola kegiatan gudang.
  • Mengawasi persiapan dokumen untuk dikirim ke departemen/pengiriman lain.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen Accounting terkait data stok

Persyaratan :

  • Kandidat lulusan Sarjana di Bisnis/Administrasi/Manajemen, Logistik/Transportasi atau setara.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-4 tahun di bidang terkait untuk posisi ini.
  • Keterampilan diperlukan : manajemen perencanaan, manajemen pengiriman, dan manajemen gudang.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Supervisor/Koordinator Khusus di Logistik/Rantai Pasokan menjadi nilai lebih.
