About the role

As a KOL Specialist at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our Tecno brand in the Indonesian market. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and will play a crucial role in our marketing communications strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify, vet, and onboard influential KOLs in the tech and lifestyle space to collaborate with the Tecno brand
  2. Negotiate and manage KOL contracts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  3. Coordinate content creation and distribution of KOL-generated assets across social media and other digital platforms
  4. Track and report on the performance of KOL campaigns, providing recommendations for optimisation
  5. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor KOL activities to identify new partnership opportunities
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to integrate KOL activations into the overall marketing mix

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing KOL campaigns and partnerships
  3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with KOLs
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and content creation best practices
  7. Familiarity with the Indonesian tech and lifestyle landscape and influencer ecosystem
