What You Will Do

  • Operate and monitor live streaming sessions, ensuring technical readiness and smooth performance.
  • Manage product selections, add products to the cart, and monitor promotions and stock availability during live sessions.
  • Handle daily studio operations, including equipment checks and setup before going live.
  • Guide and support live stream hosts, monitor comments, and help maintain audience engagement.
  • Provide insights on frequently asked customer questions to support business improvements.
  • Lead and coordinate hosts to achieve company's live commerce targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Communication, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a live streaming operator, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Flexible to work on shifting or irregular schedules.
  • Proficient in using live streaming tools, software, and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to improvise during unexpected situations.
  • Solid understanding of live commerce systems and online streaming platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
