Job Description:

As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in determining the direction and strategy of the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop the company's vision, mission, and values, and ensure their effective implementation. Your responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing long-term and short-term business strategies.
  • Identifying market opportunities and developing growth initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Leading and motivating the internal team to achieve company goals.
  • Ensuring the company's financial sustainability and managing risks.
  • Representing the company in various forums and events.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and improve the company's technology platform.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the logistics or technology industry.
