Job Description:

  • Pengelolaan Hubungan Pelanggan: Mengelola customer relationship dan berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman layanan.
  • Penanganan Eskalasi: Secara efektif menangani eskalasi pelanggan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan pembayaran, serta memberikan solusi yang cepat dan memuaskan.
  • Analisis Data Pelanggan: Mengumpulkan dan menafsirkan data pelanggan untuk mengidentifikasi tren, menganalisis permasalahan, dan memberikan insight yang mendukung keputusan bisnis.
  • Peningkatan Proses: Bekerja secara cross-function untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan dan mengambil inisiatif tinggi untuk meningkatkan proses layanan pelanggan.
  • Kolaborasi Tim: Berkolaborasi dengan baik dalam tim untuk mencapai target layanan dan memastikan konsistensi kualitas.

Requirements:

  1. Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Customer Experience, Customer Service, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Berpengalaman dalam mengelola customer relationship dan menangani eskalasi terkait pembayaran atau isu finansial.
  3. Gelar S1 atau setara di bidang terkait (Manajemen, Bisnis, Finance, atau jurusan terkait).
  4. Jika tidak memiliki gelar S1/setara, syarat minimal 3-4 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam Customer Service atau peran terkait.
  5. Memiliki Sertifikasi di bidang terkait (Diutamakan).

Keahlian (Skill Set)

  1. Technical Tools: Menguasai Customer Experience Management Tools dan sistem CRM.
  2. Soft Skills: Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
  3. Problem Solving & Inisiatif: Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik serta inisiatif tinggi untuk bekerja secara cross-function.
  4. Analisis Data: Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik dan berpengalaman dalam mengumpulkan dan menafsirkan data pelanggan (customer data).
  5. Kerja Tim: Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan memberikan kontribusi positif.
