, where design meets purpose. As a Planning Senior Officer, you will transform ideas into impactful architectural concepts that define the future of our residential and commercial spaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
    or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    in architectural design, ideally within a property developer or consultant firm
    (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in design and visualization software
    , including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and presentation tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare design concepts and architectural drawings.
  • Ensure design quality, functionality, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with related divisions during design development.
